unauthorised entrydamaged items

The location was central. however I had some issues. The housekeeping staff entered their room. this happened without permission! it surprised my family member, and they cleaned the room even with belongings inside. At checkout, they blamed us for damaging a torn bedsheet! plus a blanket and towel, claiming stains wouldn't come out. I really disliked this. it felt dishonest
