An Okay Stay Overall

great location evening cocktails high price room cockroach

The location was definitely a plus! Restaurants and live music were all a short walk away. I stayed in a Beautiful Club Sky room. This gave me access to the 16th-floor lounge. This included personalized check-in and check-out plus evening cocktails and snacks. The outdoor view from the lounge was AMAZING!!!

The room was okay, but nothing lovely.

unauthorised entry damaged items

The location was central. however I had some issues. The housekeeping staff entered their room. this happened without permission! it surprised my family member, and they cleaned the room even with belongings inside. At checkout, they blamed us for damaging a torn bedsheet! plus a blanket and towel, claiming stains wouldn't come out. I really disliked this. it felt dishonest
