I had a mixed experience at Solitaire Bangkok Sukhumvit 11. The arrival was quite disorganized, which was frustrating after a long journey. but once I reached the Sky Lounge for check-in, things improved. My room was spacious and offered a lovely city view, yet some hidden mold and fluctuating shower temperatures were disappointing. The staff were undeniably friendly and accommodating, especially the concierge, who stood out with really good service.

Breakfast had a great variety, though some dishes were served cold. I did enjoy the Indian restaurant, but the prices felt quite high compared to local options.

The gym was well-equipped, and while the pool was small, it was rarely crowded. However, I faced issues with the promised laundry and shuttle services.

I had an amazing stay at Solitaire Bangkok Sukhumvit 11. The hotel is luxuriously designed, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. However, the breakfast left a bit to be desired, lacking freshness and variety compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Bangkok.

While some of the food offerings were decent, the breakfast was disappointing. It felt like the food had been prepped too far in advance, and nothing was really fresh, which was a letdown for such a nice hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Solitaire Bangkok, where the architecture and inviting vibes made me feel right at home. The staff, particularly Mr. Chalian, were incredibly friendly and helpful, contributing to the overall positive experience. Although the location was a bit tricky during rush hour, the hotel's luxurious facilities and spacious rooms more than made up for it. I've already recommended this place to friends!

The Grand Deluxe Club Sky room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-decorated. I was particularly impressed with the comfort of the bed and the well-appointed bathroom. However, signage in the hotel could be better.

The service was excellent, thanks to the efficient and courteous staff, especially in the club lounge. My requests were handled promptly, making me feel valued. However, I did think some bathroom amenities like a comb or toothpaste should've been provided.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a short walk from 7-11s, restaurants, and bars. It’s right at the heart of Sukhumvit and easy to get to popular spots in Bangkok, but the immediate area is a bit busier than expected.

I found the breakfast to have a decent selection but it could have been better. The buffet was a bit basic and not as tasty as I hoped, so I opted for some local food outside the hotel during my stay.

The pool area was nice and open long hours, but I'd recommend paying more attention to maintenance to improve overall guest experience.

I had a mixed experience at Solitaire Bangkok Sukhumvit 11. While the location was fantastic, with easy access to various eateries and nightlife, I faced significant issues with the reception staff, making check-in frustrating. The room itself was decent, but I encountered problems like a smelly bathroom and noise from the adjoining room. Overall, the service could be improved, particularly with the support staff's communication skills.
